Making Music Together, Creating Art Together

Children’s Choir

Παιδική Χορωδία

The Children’s Choir is one of the most important classes for introducing young children to music.
The voice is the most familiar instrument for every young musician, and through it children learn expression, tonality, tuning, and the entire process involved in preparing a concert.

Special emphasis is placed on vocal development through the acquisition of proper technique (voice placement, breathing, diction, articulation).

Children are introduced to the world of vocal art through pedagogically adapted repertoire and participate in concerts, festivals, and collaborations with other artistic groups such as theatre and dance.

They learn cooperation and the value of teamwork, develop concentration and expressiveness, and strengthen their self-confidence as they learn to perform in front of an audience and overcome stage anxiety.

Participation is also available for students outside the Conservatory after an audition.

The Youth Choir is aimed at teenagers who wish to develop a more mature and technically balanced voice.

The level is quite advanced, as students are introduced to polyphony through systematic vocal training.

The repertoire is rich and demanding, including classical and contemporary choral works.

Students strengthen their musical skills and develop their aesthetic perception.

Through this ensemble, young singers develop a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork while gaining valuable experiences through participation in festivals, competitions, and artistic projects that contribute significantly to their personal development.

Participation is also available for students outside the Conservatory after an audition.
